We are working with one of New Yorks most exciting start-ups. Backed by a family office, we have partnered with an exciting early-stage start-up who are building an AI native product, serving as a full lifecycle asset management platform focusing on healthcare. They are targeting individuals in finance who are involved in the acquisition of healthcare assets and automating, digitalising and centralising this process.


What you'll be doing:


  • As the founding designer, you will own the entire end-to-end design of the product, from research through to high-fidelity UI designs.
  • You will also build, scale and maintain the design system.
  • You will influence a strategic level with the other founding team members.
  • You will also be involved in the branding of the company.
  • Your role will entail high responsibility and ownership, but you have the chance to shape the role and the product as you see fit.


What we're looking for:

  • Experience as a founding designer, or at least working in very early-stage start-ups.
  • Experience designing end-to-end products from 0-1
  • Experience designing AI tools. Fintech experience is a plus
  • Experience with brand design as well as product design
